Itinerary
DAY 01: ARRIVE AT DELHI
Welcome to Delhi! Upon arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, you will be greeted by our tour executive with a traditional Indian welcome. You will be escorted to your hotel where you will receive assistance with check-in and a detailed briefing of your travel plan along with essential documents. Spend your first night in this vibrant city.
DAY 02: DELHI SIGHTSEEING
Begin your day exploring the contrasting facets of Old and New Delhi. Visit the grand Red Fort, wander through the bustling lanes of Chandni Chowk on a cycle-rickshaw, and pay homage at Raj Ghat, the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi. Proceed to Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque, and climb its minarets for a panoramic view. Continue your tour with Qutab Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate, and the Rashtrapati Bhavan. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 03: DELHI - VARANASI
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Varanasi. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. In the evening, witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti ceremony at the Ghats of the holy Ganges River. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 04: VARANASI - KHAJURAHO
Early morning boat ride on the Ganges to witness the daily rituals performed by pilgrims. Visit Sarnath, where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon. Later, transfer to the airport for your flight to Khajuraho. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax for the evening.
DAY 05: KHAJURAHO - AGRA
Explore the famous Khajuraho temples, renowned for their stunning erotic sculptures. In the afternoon, drive to Agra. Check into your hotel upon arrival and relax.
DAY 06: AGRA
Start your day with a visit to the iconic Taj Mahal, a symbol of eternal love. Later, visit Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and Itmad-Ud-Daulah’s Tomb, often referred to as the “Baby Taj.” Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 07: AGRA - FATEHPUR SIKRI - JAIPUR
Check out and drive to Jaipur. En route, visit Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted red sandstone city built by Emperor Akbar. Continue your drive to Jaipur. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax.
DAY 08: JAIPUR
Begin your day with an excursion to Amber Fort, ascending the fort’s ramparts on an elephant or jeep. In the afternoon, visit the City Palace, Jantar Mantar Observatory, and Hawa Mahal. Explore local markets in the evening. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 09: JAIPUR - PUSHKAR
Drive to Pushkar. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Spend the day exploring the Pushkar Fair Grounds, experiencing folk music, dances, and various competitions. Stay overnight at the hotel.
DAY 10: PUSHKAR
Continue your exploration of the Pushkar Fair. Visit small roadside shops decorated with local handicrafts and witness various cultural activities and competitions. Stay overnight at the hotel.
DAY 11: PUSHKAR - UDAIPUR
Drive to Udaipur. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola. Stay overnight at the hotel
DAY 12: UDAIPUR
Spend the day exploring Udaipur. Visit the City Palace, Jagdish Temple, and Saheliyon Ki Bari. Take time to explore local markets for handicrafts and souvenirs. Stay overnight at the hote
DAY 13: UDAIPUR - COCHIN
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Cochin. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax. In the evening, enjoy a Kathakali dance performance. Stay overnight at the hotel.
DAY 14: COCHIN
Explore the sights of Cochin. Visit the Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, and the Chinese fishing nets. Enjoy a sunset cruise along the backwaters. Stay overnight at the hotel.
DAY 15: COCHIN - ALLEPPEY
Drive to Alleppey. Upon arrival, board a traditional houseboat for an overnight cruise through the tranquil backwaters. Enjoy the scenic views and local cuisine. Stay overnight on the houseboat.
DAY 16: ALLEPPEY - COCHIN - FLY OUT
After breakfast on the houseboat, leave for Cochin. Transfer to the airport for your onward flight. End of services.
