DAY 01: ARRIVE AT DELHI
Welcome to the vibrant metropolis of Delhi! Upon arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, you will be greeted with a traditional Indian welcome by our representative. You will be escorted to your hotel, where you will receive assistance with check-in and a detailed briefing of your itinerary.
DAY 02: FULLDAY SIGHTSEEING OF DELHI
After breakfast, begin your full-day tour of Delhi, starting in the historic heart of Old Delhi, the seat of the Mughal Empire. Admire the imposing Red Fort before weaving through the bustling alleys of Chandni Chowk on a cycle-rickshaw. Visit Raj Ghat, the solemn cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi.
DAY 03: DELHI - VARANASI
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and head to the airport for your flight to Varanasi, one of the oldest living cities in the world. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in. Spend the afternoon immersing yourself in the timeless atmosphere of Varanasi. Begin your exploration with a tour of the ancient temples that dot the banks of the sacred Ganges River.
DAY 04: VARANASI - KHAJURAHO
Start your day with an early morning boat cruise on the Ganga at dawn, the ideal time to observe the city as it awakens. Witness the vibrant rituals at the ghats where pilgrims perform their sacred ablutions in the holy waters. The sights of devout men and women bathing, performing yoga, and offering prayers create a mosaic of devout activities all set against the backdrop of the rising sun.
DAY 05: KHAJURAHO - AGRA
Begin your day departing from Khajuraho and heading towards Orchha, a gem hidden away with timeless tales of the Bundela dynasty. Orchha mesmerizes with its palatial structures and sacred temples, such as the Orchha Fort complex where the Raj Mahal boasts vibrant murals depicting religious and spiritual themes. The Jahangir Mahal, constructed to honor the visit of Emperor Jahangir, showcases a unique blend of Mughal and Bundela architectural styles.
DAY 06: AGRA
Begin your morning in Agra with a journey through time at the imposing Agra Fort, an architectural masterpiece constructed by Emperor Akbar in 1565. As you explore the fortress, discover the splendid palaces, serene mosques, and lush gardens added by his successors. Marvel at the exceptional Mughal craftsmanship displayed in structures like the Moti Masjid or Pearl Mosque, the Diwan-i-Khas, the Diwan-i-Am, the Jahangir Mahal, and the Shish Mahal, each a testament to a rich artistic heritage.
DAY 07 : AGRA – FATEHPUR SIKRI - JAIPUR
Early morning, visit Mehtab Bagh (Mughal Garden) to view the Taj Mahal while the sun rise upon its massive bronze domes. This 500-year-old garden is located across from the Taj Mahal on the other side of the Yamuna River.
DAY 08: JAIPUR
Make an 8 a.m. excursion to the Amber Fort & Palace so that you may ascend to its colossal red entrance on the back of a highly decorated elephant.
DAY 09: JAIPUR - DELHI
Once you’ve had breakfast, check out from your hotel and set off for the six-hour drive to Delhi. Upon arrival, if time permits before your flight, you might enjoy a final opportunity for sightseeing or picking up any last-minute souvenirs. We’re here to suggest activities that align with your interests.
